Job Overview:

  • This role requires an individual to provide expert technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues with confidence.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for complex support queries, collaborating with vendors when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct user support, ensuring seamless system operation and software functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with precision, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, interfacing with external parties as needed.
  • Participate in regular review processes to analyze SLA breaches and major incidents.
  • Collaborate with developers to determine corrective actions for recurring incidents.
  • Responsible for resolving technical issues and providing guidance on application usage.
  • Engage with leadership teams for weekly service reviews, ticket backlog assessments, and ITSM change board evaluations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle EBS finance support.
