
Strategic Account Executive

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Job Summary:This position is accountable for the smooth execution of account operations and customer management. You will work closely with internal teams to drive sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Core Job Responsibilities:- Assist in developing monthly forecasts and numbers in collaboration with Internal Customer Marketing & Supply Chain teams.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets while preparing review materials for weekly and bi-weekly meetings.
- Implement strategic initiatives in Joint Business Planning (JBP) accounts.
- Coordinate with accounts to track store openings and organic growth.
- Negotiate promotions and activations with buyers of chains.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely promotions, stocks, events, and off-takes.
- Track POS data location-wise and identify micro-marketing opportunities.
- Provide commentary on special events like new item launches.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness, analyze customer point-of-sale information, and track key initiatives.
- Use POS shipment data and standard reference materials to assist in customer presentations.
- Leverage your understanding of retailers/customers to drive Customer/Shopper Delight.
- Liaise with buyers/merchandising managers to negotiate national/regional promotions.
- Drive the ANI Customer Marketing agenda and gain more shelf share.
- Analyze POS data mining tools for category/brand opportunities at a city level.
- Understand interplay between investment and profit drivers and manage them.
- Coordinate with front-end execution teams and 3P NA & Merchandisers.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Postgraduate degree preferred but not necessary.
