Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptional design & drawing portfolios in line with project timelines.
  • Ownership of statutory drawings for projects within specified regions.
  • To ensure adherence to manpower budgets for each activity in handled projects.
  • To foster professional growth and development of reporting teams.
  • To provide timely and complete design solutions, engendering high levels of client satisfaction.

Role Description - Roles to be performed include but are not limited to:

  • Taking complete responsibility for quality of design portfolios entrusted to them.
  • Creating award-winning design responses to project demands.
  • Developing comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process, backed by accurate documentation.
  • Making internal presentations of final signed-off concept designs to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with sub-consultants and design support services for fully coordinated designs.
  • Ensuring efficient project delivery in line with planned resourcing and timelines.
  • Fostering personal advancement goals and facilitating professional growth among team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design is required. Candidates should have wide experience in interior space with 5 to 10 years of expertise in architectural projects (residential, hospitality, healthcare) and proficiency in Revit.
