Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our project governance and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing robust project management frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring effective controls to achieve operational excellence and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the project portfolio management framework to align with our strategic goals.
  • Prioritize and manage a balanced portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with resource capacity, risk tolerance, and financial targets.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and maintain portfolio KPIs, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
  • Lead portfolio review processes, including assessing project performance, dependencies, and value realization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a consumer health or related industry.
  • Strong expertise in project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, are also essential.
