Job Summary

The Maintenance Planning Team Lead plays a vital role in our organization, providing routine maintenance planning support to our Refining and LNG assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating non-turnaround routine maintenance work across various crafts.
  • Providing SME support for project work planning, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Ensuring high-quality work packages align with our standards.
  • Driving accountability for standard planning and estimating tools and practices.
  • Delivering quality execution plans and updates on scope status and forecast.

Collaboration with Operations ensures effective schedule integration into the operating plan. Key skills include:

  • Maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Leadership and staff management.
  • Supply chain logistics.
  • Time management and communication.

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering or maintenance discipline degree.
  • Previous oil and gas experience in a maintenance planning leadership position.
  • Strong technical background in planning and scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years of maintenance planning and execution experience.
  • Familiarity with supporting operations in the Refining or LNG industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
