Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for banking and finance operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management across various bank accounts. This role requires a self-learner who can take on any task and is a good problem solver.
- Liaise with banks for banking operations
- Assist with daily cash management across various bank accounts
- Produce daily MIS on liquidity
- Obtain 15CA/CB
- Prepare weekly payment summaries
- Review employee claims
- Manage credit cards
- Purchase licenses
- Produce monthly payment reports for accounting
- Assist with the execution of financing deals
- Assist with daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, EMI repayments
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts
- Prepare and record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close
- Assist with timely payment of all statutory dues
- Partner with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management
- Assist the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
- Assist with the preparation of monthly cash projections
- Assist with annual external audit, completing requested materials
Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related fields. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position. They must also have experience in handling banking transactions and fluency in spoken and written English.
