Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our research and development efforts in the renewable energy sector. As the R&D Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that support our mission of becoming carbon-neutral.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Lead a team of engineers to design and deploy AI models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate emerging technologies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation expertise.
  • Experience with AI in renewable energy and a proven track record in product development.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
