About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, defining technical direction, and guiding the development of high-quality software products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Define and maintain technical direction for software development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize feature development and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) to improve software quality and reduce time-to-market.
  • Partner with DevOps teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and improve system scalability and reliability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical foundation in Node.js, ReactJS, and API design (GraphQL, REST).
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling microservices architectures.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Easyecom, Clickpost, or similar services.
  • Knowledge of working with MongoDB, DynamoDB, and distributed data systems.
  • Expertise with AWS and GCP cloud environments (including container orchestration, serverless, and event-driven services).
