Senior Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data models using Snowflake DB, developing and managing ETL processes using Snowpipe and SnowSight, optimizing complex SQL queries across large data sets, and managing data pipelines and implementing database management systems for custom developed and purchased business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures using Snowflake DB
  • Develop and manage end-to-end ETL processes using Snowpipe and SnowSight, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery
  • Optimize complex SQL queries to improve performance and reduce latency
  • Manage and maintain large-scale data pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Implement Azure MSBI Architect/Develop Experience (Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure DW, ADF) to support business growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in data engineering, with 1+ year of experience in Snowflake
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics
  • Prescriptive/predictive analytics experience
