Job Title: Retail Sales Officer

Offer personalized recommendations to customers, advising on suitable products within their budget.

Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Obtain customer contact information and create customer profiles.

Supply the cashier with pricing data and product weights for efficient payment processing.

Streamline the checkout process, addressing any customer concerns or issues.

Monitor store operations, updating inventory and sales records as needed.

Take responsibility for assigned counters, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Report daily activities and challenges to Store Managers, seeking guidance and support when required.

Key qualifications include:

A degree or diploma in any field, combined with knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Understanding of sales techniques and relevant product knowledge.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments is beneficial.
