Role Overview:

In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering world-class programs. Your primary responsibility will be to train working professionals on essential skills in Project Management, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Instruction: Deliver engaging online lectures on Project Management and related areas, utilizing real-world case studies, tools, and techniques to provide practical insights.
  • Student Engagement and Support:
  • Foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Provide timely feedback and support to students, addressing their queries and facilitating their academic growth.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical training or education.
  • A proven background in Project Management, having held positions such as Project Manager or similar roles.
  • Total of 5+ years of professional experience with the maturity to handle different types of learners.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Possess a passion for teaching and training.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, enabling the delivery of highly interactive and engaging lectures.
  • Ability to create a stimulating learning environment and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
