About the Role:

  • Design and build efficient data pipelines that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility for analytics, reporting, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to move data from multiple sources into data stores/warehouses.
  • Optimize data storage solutions to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across all pipelines.
  • Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting for data workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering / backend development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks such as Apache Beam or AWS Glue.
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and optimization techniques.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
