About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to help us extract valuable knowledge from large datasets and make informed decisions to drive our business forward.
  • Your primary focus will be on applying data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and building high-quality prediction systems & recommendation engines integrated with our products.
  • You will work closely with product management and analytics teams to ensure key customer metrics are tracked, monitored, and improved.
  • You will determine the appropriate tools, techniques, and methodologies to extract data that produces meaningful results.
  • You will have demonstrable knowledge of building and scaling machine learning pipelines and engineering.
  • You will analyze machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems and rank them by their success probability.
  • You will explore and visualize data to gain understanding and identify differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world.
  • You will supervise data acquisition processes, verify data quality, and define validation strategies.
  • You will deploy training models, tune hyper-parameters, and contribute to the creation of documentation and user guides.

About You

  • Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or similar role with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Deep knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
  • Strong Python coding and package development skills.
  • Hands-on experience in PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, SQL.
  • Industry experience in deploying ML/DL models in production.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
