Job Overview

As a seasoned Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the automation strategy across our organization. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end automation scripts using JavaScript and Playwright.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in automation and implement new solutions.
  • Analyze execution failures and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
  • Design and implement robust test automation frameworks that meet our high standards.
  • Work closely with QA engineers and developers to resolve blockers and ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in JavaScript programming with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies.
  • Experience with popular testing frameworks such as Mocha and Chai is a must.
  • Familiarity with web application UI automation and tools like Selenium/Appium is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex challenges independently.
  • Self-driven and accountable with a strong ownership mentality to achieve team goals.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools, version control systems (Git), test management software, bug tracking tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
