Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing over 50+ Google Ads campaigns and successfully optimizing 30+ SEO projects. Proficiency in Google My Business (GMB) is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
    • Analyze and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
    • Develop content strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
    • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes.
    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
  • Google Ads Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize 50+ Google Ads campaigns across various industries.
    • Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
    • Manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
    • Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports.
    • Implement advanced audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
  • Google My Business (GMB):
    • Optimize GMB profiles to improve local SEO rankings.
    • Manage reviews and engage with users to enhance online reputation.
    • Evaluate and maintain consistent and accurate business information across all platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and SEO efforts.
    • Create detailed client reports showcasing growth, traffic, and campaign success.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google algorithms, SEO, and PPC.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing 50+ Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track record of successfully completing 30+ SEO projects with measurable results.
  • Expertise in Google My Business (GMB) management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
  • Certification in Google Ads or SEO is preferred.
