HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist in HR documentation and reporting.
• Help develop and implement training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and best practices.
