Job Title: Pega Automation Specialist

About the Role

This position involves working with automation testing tools to ensure seamless campaign execution. As a Pega Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive test plans and execute relevant test cases to validate technical requirements.
  • Develop and review test documentation including test plans, test cases, and completion reports.
  • Utilize POSTMAN for API testing and create automated tests using C#.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of defects and contribute to defect resolution.
  • Work closely with campaign managers to deliver accurate and timely campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing or campaign testing with exposure to PEGA, CCM, or equivalent technology.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, knowledge of GIT, and API testing experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and trustworthiness; meticulous towards detail and thoroughness in tasks.
