Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, presentations, and brand materials that captivate audiences.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, events, and corporate communication that elevate our message.
  • Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance video output and leave a lasting impression.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video materials to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to keep content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines while meeting the highest standards of quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in design and video editing, preferably in an agency or event/branding industry setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work that demonstrates creativity and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing and effective content.
  • Fundamental understanding of sound editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling to bring ideas to life.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
