Job Description

As a seasoned application developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications to meet business process requirements. With a focus on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, you will ensure seamless integration with lease accounting standards and streamline contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CLM Solution Design and Implementation:
  • SAP RE-FX CLM expertise in crafting functional specifications, configuring, testing, and deploying lease and contract management processes.
  • Configure RE-FX CLM components, including lease contracts (lease-in/lease-out), Right-of-Use (ROU) assets, service charge settlements, and condition adjustments.
Lease and Contract Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of lease contracts, including creation, renewals, terminations, and critical date management.
  • Configure automated postings for lease liabilities and implement contract condition adjustments.

This role demands close collaboration with other teams to enhance financial transparency, support strategic real estate decisions, and optimize contract management processes.
