Deputy Finance Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Deputy Manager Finance.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity that requires you to work from our office. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, financial reporting, audits, and compliances.
- Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition as per the respective accounting policies.
- Implement uniform and proper financial control and processes across the organizations.
- Present monthly financials to senior management and business heads.
- Monitor and report monthly operating results against the budget.
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP).
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure audits are completed as per agreed timelines.
- Assist in periodical physical verification of fixed assets and inventory.
The ideal candidate must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Experience in finance control and general accounting is mandatory.
