About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Political Intelligence team. As a Political Analyst, you will closely follow key political and socio-economic developments, conduct rigorous primary research, and use secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on the state and constituencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Closely follow all key political and socio-economic developments in assigned regions
• Conduct rigorous primary research through phone calls to influencers, focus group discussions, interviews, and investigative methods
• Use secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on the state and constituencies
• Interface with client-side individuals, following all relevant protocols

Requirements:

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree and above
• Willingness to travel extensively and apply themselves
• Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and reading comprehension skills
• Structured thinking and ability to logically structure documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of politics and India's democracy
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite software
• Ability to undertake and monitor multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery while working in a team environment
• Proficiency in Telugu is required; proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred

A plus:

• Understanding of Andhra Pradesh's political landscape
• Exposure to working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
