Communication Specialist

Deploy effective corporate and external communication strategies, manage internal communications, create high-quality content, plan and initiate communication initiatives for organizational events. This role requires a solid understanding of project management principles, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- • Develop and deploy strategic communications plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage internal and external communications channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
• Create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, and press releases, to communicate company news and announcements.
• Plan and execute large-scale communication initiatives, including product launches and employee recognition programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
