Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and drafting, with the ability to design and develop complex models for CNC machine shop operations.

The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating 3D models, stage drawings, and jigs & fixtures using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software. They will also support additional engineering activities as assigned.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create 3D models as per project requirements.
  • Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
  • Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
  • Support additional engineering activities as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
  • Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines.
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
