Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project execution efforts. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Your primary objective will be to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients. This involves breaking down complex business objectives into manageable tasks, creating clear workflows, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and blockers, supporting mitigation efforts, and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients.
  • Break down complex business objectives into manageable tasks and create clear workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date task boards, documentation, and project artifacts.
  • Identify potential risks and blockers, supporting mitigation efforts.
  • Report on project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Project Management or similar role.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
