We are seeking a seasoned backend developer to drive the creation and maintenance of robust server-side applications. As part of our team, you will utilize your expertise in Python or Node.js to craft scalable APIs and services that underpin complex business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Services Development: Design and implement high-quality backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS).
  • API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Database Integration: Integrate applications with various databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Security and Authentication: Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, SSO) to ensure data security and access control.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize backend performance through caching, query tuning, and asynchronous processing techniques.
  • Coding Standards: Adhere to coding best practices, ensuring modular, reusable, and testable backend code.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), working closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming Experience: Strong programming experience in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS).
  • Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • ORM Tools: Experience with ORM tools (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, Prisma, TypeORM).
  • API Best Practices: Knowledge of API best practices (versioning, throttling, documentation).
  • System Architecture: Understanding of enterprise system architecture (microservices, modular monoliths).
  • Asynchronous Programming: Familiarity with asynchronous programming concepts.

Nice to Have:

  • Message Brokers: Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
  • DevOps Tools: Exposure to DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Enterprise Systems: Previous experience in ERP/CRM/PLM/enterprise workflows.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of backend development in enterprise applications.
  • Delivery Track Record: Proven ability to deliver secure and scalable systems.
