**Job Title:** HSE Manager 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as an HSE Manager. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the safety culture of commercial organizations in India.

  • Develop action plans to drive HSE performance and Common Platform milestones for commercial functions in India.
  • Advise function owners on completing their HSE Improvement actions and Common Platform programs, and review progress monthly.
  • Lead functional departments in risk assessment and action development to manage risks.
  • Lead incident investigations, develop preventive and corrective actions, and advise line managers on implementation.
  • Coordinate input from other functions for reporting, analyze gaps, identify corrective actions, and advise line managers on correct implementation.
  • Assess and monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective actions until completion.
  • Act as HSE advisor, lead incident investigation teams, assign actions to owners, and follow up until proposed corrective actions are completed with quality.
  • Analyze BBS/near miss reports monthly, identifying key problem areas and causes, agreeing with relevant teams on corrective actions.
  • Share and implement learning from relevant incidents elsewhere, carry out audits to ensure incident sharing quality, and follow up.
  • Train internal suppliers on KPI definitions and information sources.
  • Provide HSE support for commercial functions.
  • Support delivery of Road Safety and induction training for new employees.
  • Participate in Product Stewardship implementation for marketing aspects.
  • Support HR in implementing Management of Organization Change.

Maintenance of thorough knowledge of all HSE systems and requirements is essential. Analyzing and communicating new related regulations/HSE alerts to all relevant stakeholders via email, HSE&S committee meetings, and management review meetings ensures compliance with all requirements.
