About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our team at Searce Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, networking, and system design, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations of cloud solutions.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customer technical leads, executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of cloud solutions.

You will also interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud-based distributed virtualized infrastructure solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
  • Work with internal specialists, product and engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies and published assets.
  • Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development based on your field experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical client services, including experience with networking and system design of load balancers, firewalls, VPN in architecture, developing or maintaining production grade systems.
  • Experience in software development, managing Windows/Linux environments, network design and deployment, databases, storage systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or an engineering field.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Cloud certification.
  • Customer facing migration experience, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
  • Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
