Job Title: Senior Dotnet Developer

Bitscape Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dotnet Developer to lead our development team in creating innovative and scalable software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing full-stack applications using.Net technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using.Net technologies
  • Provide architectural guidance and establish best practices for the development team
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
  • Break down complex requirements into manageable tasks and delegate them to team members
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
  • Implement and maintain coding best practices, including code modularity, reuse, and scalability
  • Ensure that all code is well-documented
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments
  • Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth and development
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support career development
  • Create and promote opportunities for continuous learning and skill development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, 3+ years of experience in leading the team
  • Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Strong back-end development skills (e.g., Node.js,.NET)
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Working experience of MS Azure and Azure DevOps is must
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI is plus
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience managing software projects, with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Capability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Commitment to mentoring and developing team members
  • Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with SOLID principles and Design patterns is must
  • Strong understanding of version control systems Git
  • Familiarity with best practices in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative development
  • Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP)
  • Familiarity with security tools and practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, encryption)
  • Any of the Microsoft certifications Az-204/Az-400/Az-305 is must
