Business Analysis Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases is essential, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Agile methodology.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant finance-related courses, with a proven track record in banking, shared services, or the finance industry.

ACAMS accreditation is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business process improvements
  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a virtual team
