Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial reporting, with experience in leading the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Month-End Closure: Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and verifying all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Revenue and Expense Management: Conduct thorough reviews of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns, staying updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to maintain continuous compliance.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to guarantee the integrity of financial data.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Internal Control and Compliance: Assist in designing and implementing SOP's across the organization to ensure compliance and control.
