About the Job

  • Digital Content Creation: Design visually appealing landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that captivate audiences.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Blog & Long-form Content: Develop infographics, headers, and supporting visuals that elevate articles and showcase our expertise.
  • Emails: Craft mobile-friendly email templates that drive conversions and leave a lasting impression.
  • Print & Event Collateral: Design eye-catching banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise that amplify our brand presence at events.
  • Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional presentations that confidently showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations that enhance digital content and captivate viewers.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2–5 years of experience in design, preferably in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your digital, print, and motion design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Able to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
