Process Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Excellence Manager to oversee the end-to-end business operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

As a key member of our team, the Process Excellence Manager will lead a diverse group of professionals, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs & content developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive change across multiple functions.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Extensive understanding of mistake proofing and automation tools
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certified (or BB trained) would be an added advantage
  • Experience in E-Commerce / Internet Industry either directly with organizations in this space or indirectly as a service provider would be an added advantage
  • People management skills
  • Great communication skills, self-motivated independent worker, excellent interpersonal skill
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team across multiple functions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools, reporting dashboards, and financial systems is a plus
