Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and maintainable mobile apps. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and end-to-end Android application development.

The successful developer will play a critical role in:

  • Designing and developing Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Driving cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
  • Collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end.
  • Optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability of Android codebases.
  • Mentoring junior developers and upholding high coding standards and best practices.
  • Staying current with the latest Android and mobile development trends.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Android application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
  • Solid understanding of Android architecture components and modern app patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, offline caching, and background processing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks.
