Job Overview

As a key member of the production team, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for enforcing company policies and guidelines. Key responsibilities include enforcing compliance, managing employee recruitment, training, and development opportunities, implementing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring timely completion of production plans.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company standards and guidelines
  • Manage employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Provide growth opportunities to improve employee performance and output
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and techniques
  • Ensure timely completion of production schedules
  • Resolve manufacturing disputes and issues between employees
  • Design and maintain effective work schedules

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Production management experience
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures
