We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead Growth & Retention Marketing efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle—from performance marketing to retention strategies. You will be responsible for building campaigns that scale app downloads and increase stickiness while also driving merchant acquisition through smart targeting and funnel design.

The ideal candidate will be strategic enough to plan across multiple channels—but also hands-on enough to tweak budgets, build landing pages, or write CRM flows themselves when needed. They will understand that the best growth marketers don't just buy clicks—they build cohort-led, insight-driven, full-funnel machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid campaigns (Google, Meta, UAC, ASA)
  • Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition and engagement
  • Design lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve LTV and reduce churn
  • Run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS
  • Own agency relationships and budgets with hands-on execution capability

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing
  • Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels
  • Proficient in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO
  • Strong analytics and experimentation mindset
  • Fintech/app/payments background is a strong plus
