About Role:

We seek a skilled SDE-II (Data Engineer) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and SQL. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and contribute to the architecture of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Spark.
  • Data Processing & Transformation: Handle large, complex datasets to ensure efficient data processing and transformations.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and implement data requirements.
  • SQL & ETL: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Data Quality & Security: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.
  • System Design & Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable data systems and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Databricks & Spark: Strong expertise in Databricks and distributed data processing with Spark.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
  • SQL Optimization: Solid experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
  • Data Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with large-scale data systems and tools.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Capital Market/Private Equity is a plus.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau for creating insightful data visualizations and reports.
