About Our Finance Department:

Our team offers progressive financial management and accounting through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The Financial Manager will oversee financial processes, ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and lead the development of accurate and effective financial plans.

This individual will manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and provide strong analytical abilities to support business decision-making.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:

Preparation and consolidation of financial reports and statements.

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization.

Support business decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning.

  • Accounting & Compliance:

Day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

Timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.

  • Financial Management:

Annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.

Financial forecasts and variance analysis to management to support decision-making.

Financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as strategic planning initiatives.

Track financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for cost control and process improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting. Experience working with educational institutions will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP / technology tools.
