Accounting Professional Sought

We seek a skilled accounting professional to manage the financial aspects of our organization. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our clients' financial reports.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly closes, including full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks or similar software
  • Record and track interest, fee, and equity income across structured deals
  • Prepare management reports and investor-ready financial statements
  • Support Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) on tax preparation, filings, and fund administration
  • Review financials from 1–5 portfolio companies and flag variances
  • Ensure Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)-compliant reporting across multiple industries
  • Standardize reporting templates and assist Chief Financial Officers (CFOs)/finance leads

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of direct fund accounting experience in private equity, private debt, or fund administration
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidations
  • Background working with companies in the $10M–$100M revenue range
  • Ability to manage both fund-level and portfolio-level reporting
  • CPA preferred
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting platforms
