Job Opportunity:

Integration and API Optimisation Specialist

B2B holiday technology company seeks a highly skilled professional to lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases, defining, documenting, and communicating integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers, monitor integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive integration strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration processes.
  • Define and document integration requirements, providing clear communication to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps, prioritizing key initiatives and allocating resources effectively.
  • Monitor integration performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid project management skills and proficiency with tools like Jira or ClickUp.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
