Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer to join our team and take on the challenge of designing and implementing intelligent frameworks for synthetic test data generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthetic Data Generation
    • Create high-quality Python frameworks to generate realistic clinical and operational datasets.
    • Develop CDISC-compliant datasets (SDTM, ADaM) for seamless data transformation, analysis, and reporting workflows.
    • Simulate domain-specific datasets with variability and referential integrity.
    • Integrate connectors for Define-XML, Pinnacle21 validation, and statistical programming workflows.
  • AI/ML in Data Generation
    • Apply advanced generative AI techniques (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models) to model realistic clinical scenarios.
    • Design and implement synthetic patient journeys across EDC, eCOA, CTMS, LIMS, and PV systems.
    • Utilize AI-driven automation to simulate rare or complex cases for stress and edge-case testing.
  • Data Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure strict adherence to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GDPR standards.
    • Implement robust anonymization/obfuscation methods while maintaining clinical and statistical fidelity.
    • Produce comprehensive validation protocols and documentation for audit and inspection readiness.
  • Collaboration & Integration
    • Collaborate closely with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance teams to gather requirements.
    • Embed test data generation into CI/CD pipelines, trial simulations, and automated validation environments.
    • Partner with subject matter experts to validate AI-generated datasets for regulatory acceptability.
