Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions to support customer experience strategies. This includes working with data integration technologies, identifying data points required for use cases, analyzing data for usability in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and mapping data sources to CDP data objects.

Additional responsibilities include identifying data cleansing requirements, mapping data fields to CDP data fields, determining the need for custom CDP objects, and determining the relationship between CDP data objects. You will also be responsible for identifying primary and secondary keys for each object, determining unification algorithms, designing test data, executing complex system tests, and troubleshooting code.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data Analytics space.
  • Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms.
  • Minimum 2-year hands on SQL experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure.
  • Experience managing large-scale full-life cycle implementation of personalization solution.
  • Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
