ServiceNow Administration Role

Job description:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, ensuring platform stability and compliance processes.
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
      ServiceNow CSA
      GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals
      GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution.
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
