Job Title: AGM - Finance and Compliance Lead

Our organization seeks an accomplished professional with expertise in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management to oversee financial activities, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Design and develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasting models to support business objectives.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and implement measures to enhance profitability.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:
    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with various regulatory bodies, including FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and Companies Act.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external authorities to address compliance-related matters.
  • Treasury & Fund Management:
    • Execute forex transactions, hedging strategies, and risk management techniques in accordance with FEMA guidelines.
    • Make informed decisions regarding working capital, debt financing, and investments.
    • Maintain compliance with relevant SEBI regulations and capital market guidelines.
  • Audit & Risk Management:
    • Guarantee the efficiency of internal and statutory audits.
    • Establish robust risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks in financial operations.
    • Manage financial due diligence, investor communications, and disclosure processes.
  • Taxation & Reporting:
    • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, covering GST, TDS, and international taxation.
    • Prepare financial reports in accordance with Ind AS & IFRS.
    • Handle statutory and management reporting for stakeholders.
    Required Qualifications & Skills:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
    • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in manufacturing companies.
    • Strong knowledge of FEMA, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and taxation principles.
    • Background in financial reporting (Ind AS, IFRS), audits, and treasury management.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial modeling tools.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    Desirable Candidate Profile:
    • Candidates with prior experience in SEBI-regulated entities, multinational corporations, or large organizations.
    • Experienced professionals in FEMA compliance, foreign exchange transactions, and capital markets.
