Job Summary:
">- We're seeking a seasoned Information Security Risk Analyst to join our organization and lead the way in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks across our products, platforms, processes, and changes.
This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, utilizing RMF stages: Identification & Analysis & Evaluation. You'll apply consistent scoring using likelihood/impact scales and the Risk Score = Probability × Impact formula, driving treatment decisions (mitigate/retain/avoid/share) and producing clear treatment plans with owners and dates.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining the Risk Register with current statuses, residual risk, review dates, and evidence, as well as communicating results and treatment plans to stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
">- 2-5 years of experience in InfoSec risk, GRC, or audit with a focus on assessment operations;
- Demonstrated familiarity with NIST RMF, NIST 800-30, and control catalogs; ISO 27005 is a plus;
- Proven ability to follow a defined process with high accuracy and stamina;
- Excellent written communication skills for treatment plans, acceptance memos, and stakeholder updates;
- Hands-on experience with GRC/risk tools and strong spreadsheet hygiene;
- Comfortable assessing application/service changes, infrastructure, and vendors using structured questionnaires and evidence;
