Corporate Associate Position at Jettison

Jettison, a reputable multispecialty law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to collaborate with their esteemed Chambers-rated Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Business Services groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in a range of corporate transactions, including national and international M&A deals, with direct client contact and negotiation responsibilities.
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys to develop and implement strategic corporate solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Jettison's Corporate Business Services group.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years of strong transactional experience, including M&A, general corporate work, and experience working with privately held companies.
  • Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
  • Finance and private equity experience is highly valued.
