Cloud Native Software Development Leadership Role

Overview of the Job Position:

  • Leading AI-driven software development for a global supply chain solutions company, recognized as one of the best places to work.
  • Seeking an experienced individual with strong technical skills and leadership abilities to collaborate with the engineering team in designing and developing cloud native applications.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a ground-up cloud native SaaS product for order management and micro-fulfillment using Azure.
  • The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers to develop their technical skills.

Current Technical Environment:

  • Software: React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, GitHub, REST API, Azure B2C/B2B Rest API, OAuth.
  • Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event-driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture.
  • Cloud Architecture: Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
  • Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Springboot, Gradle GIT, Ignite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architectural simplification, robustness, and efficiency through service descriptions and self-healing services.
  • Represent the product and portfolio vision within the company and to customers.
  • Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in software development, ideally with expertise in Node JS, React JS, Design Patterns, Data structures, RESTful Web Services, AJAX, SQL programming.
  • Unit Testing knowledge in Jest.
  • Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge, and interests in Cloud Native Architecture, Distributed Micro-Services, Multi-Tenant SaaS Solutions, and Cloud Scalability, Performance, and High Availability.
