We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HPLC Specialist. As an HPLC Analyst, you will be responsible for the calibration and operation of high-performance liquid chromatography equipment with empower software.
The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical method development and validation, as well as knowledge of laboratory operations and regulations such as GLP.
In this role, you will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our laboratory and contribute to the development of new analytical methods.
You will be responsible for:
- Knowledge of calibration and operation of HPLC with empower software.
- Sound knowledge of analytical method development and analytical method validation of OVI, purity, and assay method by HPLC as per pharma guidelines.
- Knowledge of calibration and operation of all equipments like balance, ph meter, in analytical operation.
- Good knowledge of sample preparation as per GLP.
- Knowledge of retrieval and storage working standards and columns.
- Handling of final compilation of raw data, chromatoand graphic data complying with GLP requirements.
- Recording all analytical activities, approximately in respective raw data forms.
- Knowledge of preparation of general lab SOPs and instrument sops.
