US Accountants are sought after to deliver comprehensive accounting, financial reporting and compliance solutions for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks, record journal entries, general ledger adjustments and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per US GAAP, perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards and inter-company balances and support the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Assist with US tax filings, sales tax returns and payroll processing, ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific requirements, and collaborate with external tax consultants and auditors when required.
  • Client Support: Collaborate closely with US-based clients to understand their accounting needs, provide timely updates, reports and financial insights, and handle queries and resolve issues related to accounting, reporting or compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA Inter, CPA (US), or ACCA certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in US Accounting or Outsourcing/KPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US tax compliance and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite or similar accounting software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with US clients

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (US Shift / Night Shift)
