Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote our innovative satellite-powered app, empowering farmers in Western Maharashtra to maximize crop yields.

About the Role

As an Agricultural Technology Sales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing farmers to our cutting-edge app. Your mission is to drive agricultural transformation by enrolling farmers, showcasing the app's benefits, and fostering relationships with local agricultural communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with farmers to promote our satellite-powered app and its yield-enhancing capabilities.
  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and training sessions for farmers to illustrate app benefits.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and expand the user base in your assigned territory.
  • Organize and lead farmer meetings to introduce the app and collect user feedback.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local agricultural communities.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in fertilizers, seeds, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in Marathi.
  • Proficient in using smartphones and mobile apps.
  • Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Self-driven with a passion for agriculture and technology.
