Manufacturing Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing processes.

Your primary focus will be on implementing and optimizing manufacturing master data and configuration, as well as integrating Quality Management (QM) components with Logistics modules.

You will work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and provide tailored solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up Master Data – Inspection Methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs, and Inspection Plans.

A strong process knowledge in Production Planning, Work Experience in Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch Management Processes is required.

You will also be responsible for implementing Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, such as Audit Management, Stability Study, FMEA, and Control Plans.

Requirements
  1. QM Master Data and Configuration Experience
  2. Experience in Global Deployments of SAP through Understanding of Procedures around Different Best Practices
  3. Strong Process Knowledge in Quality Management, Work Experience in Handling Quality Inspection Process
  4. Setting Up Master Data – Inspection Methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs and Inspection Plans
  5. QM Integration Experience with Logistics Components (MM/PP/SD/PM) Required
  6. QM Workflow Knowledge – Sample Management, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications and Quality Control Required
  7. Continuous Process Improvement Hands-on Experience on Audit Management, Stability Study, FMEA and Control Plans Preferred
